A fit call is exploratory and does not create an obligation for either party. Any Validation Sprint or pilot begins only after scope, pricing, deliverables, data-handling expectations, and decision criteria are agreed in writing.

FlowForge recommendations are evidence-led advisory work. Final operational, financial, security, and compliance decisions remain with the customer and its designated stakeholders.

Each pilot is intentionally bounded around one workflow and defined success measures. A sponsor review determines whether to proceed, revise the hypothesis, or stop.
