FlowForge uses the information submitted through its fit-call form to review the inquiry, respond to the requester, and assess whether a Validation Sprint is a suitable next step.

We ask only for business contact details and workflow context. Please do not submit sensitive financial records, production credentials, or personal data that is not needed for an initial conversation.

Any access to systems, data, or detailed workflow artifacts is separately scoped with the sponsor and relevant technical stakeholders before a pilot begins.
